Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
Managing company e-mail \ Following up meeting.
Coordinating activities of administrative personnel.
Answering all telephone calls and transferring to people concerned within the company.
Preparing Presentations, Request for Quotation, purchase order for the Company
Maintaining Weekly & Monthly Sales report.
Prepared documents/ information.
Checking of customer feedback and keeping full data in the system.
Maintained and developed good customer relations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 1 years in same field.
Must Experience in Facilities management / cleaning company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
